"We had our 90's oak kitchen cabinets painted a year ago by Cabinet Paint by Design. I waited for some time to write a review to see how the work held up. Our cabinets still look like new and sometimes when I accidentally bang a pot against the corner of the cabinet and I think "yikes, I did it that time!", there are no chips or cracks, they still look beautiful! The finish is durable and I appreciate that as the kitchen is the heart of our home and we cook a lot and spend much of our day in the kitchen. Oak is a more difficult wood to paint over due to it being grainy but Cabinet Paint by Design crew takes on such challenges and did a beautiful job, I get complements often on our cabinets.
Grace and her team were wonderful and so friendly to work with, it made the process more enjoyable! Although I was anxious during the process as I was unsure of a completely different look in the kitchen, the crew was delightful to work with and they put me at ease and assured me I would be happy with the final product! During the design phase, Grace made suggestions to update our 90's kitchen even further which was a huge help. As a result, some additional cabinetry work was done in the kitchen in addition to a couple of cabinet doors made to match our existing cabinets and the workmanship and carpentry work was superb, and I am very particular and my husband also noticed all of the details of their workmanship! So skilled! The designer was also so helpful in providing suggestions on the knobs: where to buy, what kind, and she helped us pick out which color of white paint for the kitchen cabinets given the lighting, style, and existing wall colors. Again, something I am clueless about and her suggestions were essential as there are thousands of knobs and styles to choose from and too many variations of white paint! They really thought about each and every step and detail from design, scheduling, to completion, to ensure a satisfied customer and beautiful results!. I highly recommend Cabinet Paint by Design! "If you are planning to paint your cabinets, look no further. Cabinet Paint By Design did a fantastic job in my kitchen, providing a factory-grade finish to both the doors and the frames. The cabinets look brand new!
The team is hardworking and pays attention to all details. It took less than a week to finish the entire job—one day to remove the doors. three days to prepare and paint the kitchen, and one day to install the doors and clean up the area. In less than a week, my kitchen was completely transformed for a fraction of the price of a new kitchen!
Their pricing is very competitive, and they are very pleasant to deal with. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!"

"Cabinet Paint By Design left a factory-grade finish on my kitchen cabinets and wainscoting using a two-component paint that is extremely durable. Their attention to detail included selecting the best sheen for each coat of paint. They applied by hand detailed highlighting that really enhances the appearance of the finished cabinets, and provided samples of the applied finish for approval before proceeding with the work. The work area was tightly sealed and exhausted by powerful fans so, to my surprise, no paint odors entered the other rooms in the house. Pricing was very reasonable and the overall experience was excellent. I have recommended Cabinet Paint By Design to several of my friends, and would certainly hire them again."

My cabinets were exceptionally challenging but Grace and her team worked their magic and my cabinets look fantastic!!!!
Grace is a great communicator; is professional but also personable. I have a very chaotic schedule and I was very comfortable having the team at my home when I wasn't there.
I wish I had more cabinets to have redone. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cabinet Paint by Design again for my cabinets and would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors! You won't be disappointed.
Also, shout out to Rony. What a patient and dedicated worker. Detailed, insightful, and nice guy, ensured the final product meets his high standards and mine."
